Jude McCrea, MSW, LSW – Program Director for GHHS; Director of Social Services for Hamilton Health Center

Judith McCrea is a Pennsylvania licensed social worker who graduated from Temple University with her masters in social work, with a clinical focus. She received her bachelor’s degree in family studies from Messiah College. Judith provides leadership and oversight to the GHHS program to ensure the program meets, and ideally exceeds, federal standards. She is passionate about ensuring all families have access to services that impact their physical and mental wellness. Judith desires GHHS to reflect the life course perspective, which assists parents in being healthier, resulting in healthier children, who in turn will become healthier parents. Judith also works within HHC to assist patients in receiving behavioral health support.

Lissette Gonzalez – Assistant Program Director

Lissette Gonzalez is a graduate of Kutztown University with a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology. She currently finds gratitude in working with families in both the Harrisburg and Steelton areas, where assistance in gaining access to medical care, as well as improving the quality of life is provided.

 

 

 

Jessica Chance, MSW, LSW – Program Specialist

Jessica Chance is a PA State Licensed Social Worker.  She graduated from Marywood University in Scranton with her Master of Social Work and received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Lycoming College in Williamsport.  Jessica is passionate about the empowerment of women and children, and enjoys providing resources to families in order to enhance quality of life for everyone.

 

Sandra Bennett – Case Manager

Sandra Bennett is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a bachelor degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work.  Working in the human services field has always been a great passion of hers. Investing in our children is important to her because our children are our future.  She strives to work hard and connect with the community.

 

 

 Alisha Wash003ington, MS – Case Manager

Alisha Washington is a recent graduate of Capella University with a master’s in Psychology, specializing in Child and Adolescent Development.  She also received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Morgan State University.  Alisha is passionate in providing resources that focus on family wellness.  She also looks forward to helping mothers provide healthy beginnings for their children.

 

Darlan002na Heinbaugh, BSW – Intake Specialist

Darlanna Heinbaugh is a graduate from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Darlanna is continuing her education by gaining her Masters of Social Work at Shippensburg University and anticipates to have it complete by 2017. She is passionate about helping as many people as possible and looks forward to meeting the diverse population in the community.

Paola Andujar – Health Educator

Paola Andujar is a recent graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a minor in Psychology. She is passionate about partnering with families in order to help them reach their full potential, as well as their personal and parenting goals. She looks forward to working with the families in the Healthy Start Program.

Yajaira Nuñez is our first Bilingual Administrative Assistant. She is joining us with many years of customer services experience and is looking toward furthering her education and obtaining her Associates in Criminal Justice. Yajaira is very excited to be in a position where she can work alongside & support everyone at healthy Start!

014Yenis Grier – Case Manager

Yenis Grier is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. She has served the Greater Harrisburg and Dauphin County areas as a Mental Health Case Manager for children and a Supports Coordinator for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Yenis’ passion is to help families enhance their greatest strengths to have better lives for themselves, their children, and ultimately our community as a whole.

 

015Shawna Everson, BA – Case Manager

Shawna Everson graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in 2013 with a BA in Psychology and minor in Criminology.  She will begin her Masters in Social Work through Widener University in January 2016.  She joined us from Dauphin County Social Services for Children and Youth in which she served as an assessment worker. Prior to her work at Children and Youth she worked at the Case Management Unit as an Adult Mental Health Case Manager.  Her passion is empowerment and community outreach. She loves helping people and believes she will always remain in this field.

Lindsay Stiem, BS- Prevention Education Specialist

Lindsay Stiem is a recent graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a concentration in Health Promotion.  She is passionate about community health, service, and empowering individuals to make healthy decisions that benefit themselves as well as community they are a part of.  Lindsay is excited about providing prevention education through the Healthy Start and Baby Love programs.
