Reduce the chances of a baby dying
*Prenatal Care – Prenatal care saves lives. Call the doctor if you think you might be pregnant.
*If you are pregnant or even think you might be pregnant, do not use alcohol, tobacco or drugs.
*Reduce your stress levels.
*Eat a healthy and well-balanced diet.
*When putting baby to sleep, follow the ABC’s of sleep: Alone, on the Back, in a Crib! At bedtime, naptime, everytime!
